Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Nomination Qatar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and exchanges policy carefully before making a purchase.

RETURNS

In accordance with Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. (8) of 2008, sold goods are not eligible for return, except in cases where the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

EXCHANGES

Products may be exchanged under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within two (2) days from the date of purchase.
• The original purchase invoice and warranty (if applicable) must be presented.
• Exchanges are accepted only at the Nomination store located in Place Vendôme Mall, Doha, Qatar.
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-SERVICEABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for exchange or service:

• Products that have been enlarged, reduced, resized, or otherwise modified after purchase.
• Requests to install or fit original Nomination components onto counterfeit or non-original products.
• Counterfeit or non-original items presented for repair or servicing.

Nomination reserves the right to inspect all returned or exchanged items before approving any request. Requests that do not comply with the above conditions may be declined.
